Photos, previews, finishes, prices and ordering: answers before you design a figurine.
Which photo should I use?
Choose a clear photo in natural light, with the face or pet easy to see. A full-length picture can help with the pose. Extra views can show the hairstyle, clothing or fur markings.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
Your figurine is a stylised keepsake rather than an exact copy. Your chosen style changes the proportions too. Small details may be simplified, and screen colours may differ from the finished piece.
What does the live preview show?
A concept image based on your photo. You can request changes in words and compare versions. This is separate from the rotatable 3D model you'll review before production.
When does production start?
The 3D model follows payment. Production starts after the selected version is accepted. Without a response within 5 days of the first model notification, the first version is automatically accepted and production starts; we remind you on day 3. The order page and email show the exact deadline.
How many changes can I request?
The design tool shows remaining image refinements. After payment, send up to 3 written requests to change the 3D model. Each creates a new version; after the third, choose among existing versions. The two allowances are separate.
What is the paint-your-own option?
You receive a white figurine to paint yourself. The painting kit is optional and isn't automatically included with every white figurine. Our guide helps you plan those first brushstrokes.
What's in the painting kit?
Acrylic paints, brushes and a guide. The painting kit is optional.
What does it cost, and in which currency?
The price depends on the type, size, finish and extras. Available prices are shown while you design; your quote confirms the final amount and delivery. All prices are in Hungarian forints on both language versions.
How long will it take?
We agree timing based on your photo, design and current capacity. Tell us the occasion date. Only a confirmed date is a commitment.
How do I pay?
Pay after choosing “I like it” and entering order details, with the gross HUF total shown beforehand. The provider is being selected; only confirmed methods may be shown. The separate 3D model follows payment.
Can you work from my own drawing or character?
Your own drawing, original character, mascot or object can be a starting point. We'll discuss how to turn it into a stable, stylised keepsake. Tell us which details matter most to you.
What if I need something different or have a problem?
For something different, use the “Special request” contact option. If there's a problem with your delivered figurine, send your reference and photos showing the issue. We'll discuss the next step with you.
